I also do not need to carry a second phone to receive business calls. I can receive voicemails and view caller ID on Sideline, just a few great features it has. **What do you dislike about Sideline?** Sometimes there were quirks with it not ringing. **What problems is Sideline solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working from home, I can receive business calls anywhere without carrying a second phone. ### 2. I love how it is able to integrate with your current cell phone and really act as a "sideline". You have the ability to choose what your 2nd number will be and you can even change it. I love how you can customize the the ringtone and the text message notification sound so you can fully be aware when you phone rings that it someone is contacting your business/2nd number. **What do you dislike about Sideline?** I don't have too many negative things to say about the app as it fits my needs perfectly fine. The only thing I could probably comment on is the fact that the app used to be free, but now you have to pay for a subscription - whether that be monthly or annually. It's $9.99 a month. There are other apps that do the same thing that are free to use. **Recommendations to others considering Sideline:** It's good for what it offers. Instead of being locked to a landline, the sideline app is the perfect way to answer calls on the go. **What do you dislike about Sideline?** Sometimes the voicemails take awhile to come through. **Recommendations to others considering Sideline:** Sideline is great if you do not receive a high call volume.
