**What do you like best about PingCode?**

After using 5 years Jira&Confluence, our team transfer our develop process from Jira to PingCode.

PingCode is powerful and beautiful for 300 member teams as following benefit:
- All-in-one. In PingCode, we organize product, project, test, wiki and BI in a total same platform, same user experience and no need more plugins.
- Easy-to-use. PingCode is good for beginner, same UI/UX for every sub-products.
- 50% price of Jira&Conflunce.
- Powerful integration with github/gitlab/Jenkins and 3rd-party tools.
- More and more AI feature for DevOps process.

I recommend PingCode strongly.

**What do you dislike about PingCode?**

Our team is a global team, so we need more Language version, now PingCode only support English and Chinese. It would be even better if Japanese, German and French version could be supported.

**What problems is PingCode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Product management for requirements, roadmap and planning.
- Project management with Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall model in a same tools, integrate with CI/CD, automation support.
- Wiki for knowledge management, page sharing and version control.
- AI & BI for dev and work.
- Team collaboration.

**What do you like best about PingCode?**

Compared to when we didn’t have a specialized tool, PingCode has improved our project delivery efficiency by 15%. It enables us to easily break down work into tasks, assign them to the right people, track the progress of each task, and receive automatic reminders to prevent anything from slipping through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about PingCode?**

One drawback I’ve found with PingCode is that its integrations with other tools are somewhat limited. It would be even better if it supported integrations with tools like Adobe XD and CircleCI.

**What problems is PingCode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PingCode has helped us address issues such as low project transparency, poor task tracking, and scattered data. It centralizes all project information in one place, making it much easier to track progress, coordinate with the team, and complete tasks on time. Compared to before, our team’s efficiency has likely improved by more than 15%.

**What do you like best about PingCode?**

It supports agile development, test management, and DevOps, covering the entire process from requirements, development, testing to deployment. It has the characteristics of localization, conforms to the habits of domestic teams, and its servers are located in China.

**What do you dislike about PingCode?**

The threshold for non-technical teams is high. The functions focus on technical projects, and the operations/marketing teams may find it complicated.

**What problems is PingCode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The greatest help that PingCode has provided me is the internal integration of multiple products. They can be well interconnected and referenced, which is very convenient and clear.

**What do you like best about PingCode?**

My team has been using PingCode for R & D work management for some time. Compared with Jira, PingCode has simpler operations and a more aesthetically pleasing interface, and it can fully meet our current work needs. 
We highly recommend using the project management and knowledge management functions. It has solved the entire process from requirements to task implementation in the team, and can also collect work documents into Wiki, making work management simple and efficient. 
Oh, right, another thing that impressed me was the price. It's definitely worth the money.

Very good. There are no problems found at present.

Process management of product from requirements to iteration in the R & D team, easy to use and powerful.
