The audience and moderator have no issues using the Pigeon Hole application. Easy to set up and quick to use. What do you dislike about Pigeonhole Live? The data extracted is very messy and it is in panel by panel. If I have several agendas on that day, I would need to compile 7 or more Excel sheets into one before I can analyze the data. I would love to see the moderator panel and admin panel more intertwined so moderators can filter the questions also if needed. Compared to traditional Q&A (Live Mics), Pigeonhole streamlines the operations and greatly assists me in deploying resources to manage the Q&A portion. A simple QR code can cut down a lot of resources and time consumption. Wasted that I could not maximize the use of the Pigeonhole by including polling or surveys but overall, the Q&A portion ran smoothly and we also incorporated the Emcee script into the event opening. We didn't need all the fancy stuff that comes with other event platforms, just a simple Q&A that would integrate with our presentation, and this is perfect! Our attendees aren't very technilogically savvy and after 3 years of using Pigeonhole Live, we have had no complains or issues with them using it. I like the feel of the UI and how easy it is for an audience member new to Pigeonhole to navigate. The admin backend is also very clean. I contacted the Pigeonhole team to ask for support regarding the different pricing plans and they went out of their way to not only share more information but to provide helpful advice in the leadup to our event. That was the only thing missing but it is quite a big price jump to the next tier "Business" plan considering that we are a relatively small startup that are more than happy to host less than 200 attendees to our events, but still want to be add some simple corporate branding.
