PicMonkey has the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. I made a mistake and opened 2 accounts, and instead of helping me correct the problem, the staff ended up canceling both of my accounts even though I had paid for both and only requested the monthly account to be closed. When I let supervisor Jay know about what happened, he said he understood my frustration but now that his staff closed both accounts there was no other recourse but for me to pay for the annual account again. I have been able to do minor edits to a photo and significant photoshopping. I have heavily relied on the cloning tool, the background remover, and adding a second photo to merge into the first. It is easily navigational and took me little time to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that you cannot see a history of what you have done. As a creative, I want to know what I did, to replicate or create a template, but there are no options to do so.
