They are SUPER simple to use, but once you get a little familiar and creative it really does have endless capabilities. From simple editing to perfecting coloring and tone, slightly more advanced things such as beauty editing and background touch ups, to full on removing people from the picture. It is very easy to get creative with to perfect your pictures. Now, beyond simple photo editing, I have used PicMonkey for many day to day things. Such as creating logos, making fliers for events, informational sheets, or removing private information from a page. It has a great application extension that allows you to take screenshots that are automatically sent to the editor for you to review and edit any screenshot you've taken. I like how its phone app is very easy to use. It's highly functional and has even better features than if you were just using the image editor on your computer. I also like how they constantly update and add features to the editor. They always come up with new fonts to use, and they also have excellent design templates to use. It's about easy access and a good, functional, and fast product to use. **What do you dislike about PicMonkey?** Sometimes, I was scared of losing my images since I stored them where I made the editing, which sometimes made it annoying. HOWEVER, PicMonkey recently added the 'cloud' option. That means that if freezing occurs, your editing work has already been automatically saved since the last exact step you left, so you can immediately recover your work from where you left off if that ended up happening. The phone application for PicMonkey actually has more features than if you were using Picmonkey on your computer. Who needs Photoshop (yes, I said that) when you have PicMonkey? Yes, maybe if you are a professional like me and you live in design and marketing, it will be very helpful since you have the right knowledge to use it. But most of us are not, this program has tutorials that are short and to the point, so I can do a quick search and learn everything I need to do with an image for my small business. They have quick images, lots of fonts, backgrounds, and more. They have many templates for people who need help with graphics or want a quick idea to make the project move faster. Some things you can do: - You can use several images in a collage. - You can erase the background so that a person can be cut from the background and added to any image or used in many different ways. - Cut an image in shape, like a star for Valentine's Day (2 days away). - Make Instagram stories. - You can do weird things like exchanging the faces of two people in a photo (weird but true) ... I never did it, but I read the tutorial recently! - You can edit photos: edit imperfections, add makeup, whiten teeth, dye your hair. - Change a photo into an image that looks drawn. I could also see an image (as in Ancestry) that I need ... and I can capture a quick screenshot with the Chrome app. Quick edit, add text, arrows, whatever.
