Software doesn't work at all! **What do you dislike about PicBackMan?** After actually having to purchase the software due to the amount of images I needed transferring from SmugMug to Dropbox, this is when I found out it doesn’t actually work. It connects to my SmugMug fine ambit my Dropbox it doesn’t and shows tokens expired. The team at picbackman don’t respond to emails of support and so I took my questions to Dropbox. They say the token expires because they receive odd requests to copy your personal data without permission and placement of virus files within you Dropbox space. So basically your paying for a scam. **What problems is PicBackMan solving and how is that benefiting you?** They em aren't responding at all so are not resolving any issues. ### 2. if you have a large amount of photos on SmugMug, don't count on it working or getting effective help **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Don B. | Photographer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2022 **What do you like best about PicBackMan?** pickbackman is easy to set up and use - I know because i used it incorrectly (I guess) several times and had a zoom session with a technical person and it still didn't work so they did it for me and came up with an index that was 200,000 files short. **What do you dislike about PicBackMan?** see above and add that each time they said they'd do something I had to remind them a week later and they said give them another chance or they'd refund my $129 and I gave them another chance and it didn't work nor did they refund me **What problems is PicBackMan solving and how is that benefiting you?** i wanted to close down my smugmug business account and download my 600,000+ pics to back them up. It hasn't benefitted me as i am now doing it gallery by gallery ### 3. I love using it. **What do you dislike about PicBackMan?** The free version has limited functionalities especially the speed factor. Support is awesome, and very responsive. I didn't have any issues communicating with the support team and they were always ready to look at my issues and try to resolve them in the quickest and easiest way possible. I would highly recommend you look at this product if you have pictures to migrate or download from an online service. **What do you dislike about PicBackMan?** Software doesn't handle large collections so well. But this might just be me because I had so many photos in my source connection **Recommendations to others considering PicBackMan:** Don't use anyone else - PicBackMan is the product you need! **What problems is PicBackMan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had a huge collection of photos in flickr - almost 70,000 and was struggling to migrate them to Google Photos. After a couple of weeks of trying, and not being able to afford the MigrateMan option, PicBackMan offered to do it for me! Amazing service. All my photos migrated with no issues. I would strongly recommend using this software. ### 5. Another highlight is PicBackMan provides Free Forever plan gives 5000 photos and 100 videos every month for free. **What do you dislike about PicBackMan?** I don't see any negative on PicBackMan but their elite plan asks near $7 per month. I don't think that is affordable for freelance photographers or beginners. Otherwise the tool is fantastic. **Recommendations to others considering PicBackMan:** If you are a freelance photographer and you want a perfect tool to backup your Photos and Videos to the cloud storage, PicManBack is the best choice for you. **What problems is PicBackMan solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us to save our precious images to Dropbox, Flickr and Google Drive for free at the same time.
