Pianeva Spiagge Reviews & Product Details

Management software for beach clubs and lidos, built during a full season inside a real beach establishment. The main screen is the beach map of the day, by rows and zones with the VIP area highlighted: colors show free, booked, occupied or quoted spots, and a euro sign shows paid, deposit or to be collected. The booking type is chosen automatically from the dates: daily, half day, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or seasonal, priced from the list for that row and month. Quotes expire on their own and free the spot; subscriptions can move to another umbrella keeping their history. Deposits and balances with date and method, receipts, cabins with their own price list, extra sunbeds, statistics on occupancy and takings, staff tablet mode without prices. With the Complete plan, customers request a spot online on the map and the front desk confirms. Yearly fee, unlimited umbrellas.
