**What do you like best about Pi Tech?**

Traditional development processes (heavy upfront specs, slow feedback loops) delay delivery and Pi Tech uses its Specless Engineering methodology focusing first on goals and incremental delivery rather than rigid planning

**What do you dislike about Pi Tech?**

Pi Tech positions itself as a premium partner with senior-level engineers rather than a low-cost outsourcing option and Project fees and monthly team augmentations can be significantly higher than basic agencies or freelancers

**Recommendations to others considering Pi Tech:**

Pi Tech’s Specless Engineering works best when goals are well articulated — even if detailed specs aren’t finalized and Clarify your business objectives (e.g., MVP launch, product modernization, regulatory compliance)

**What problems is Pi Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many technology projects, especially in healthcare and regulated sectors, fail due to poor planning, unclear specifications, and inexperienced teams and Pi Tech brings a senior-only engineering team with deep expertise in complex software and regulatory requirements

**What do you like best about Pi Tech?**

We appreciate all the thought that has gone into the UI/UX design. It has been the difference in retaining thousands of clients for our agency. We also have enjoyed working with the enthusiastic and detail oriented Pi Tech team!

**What do you dislike about Pi Tech?**

Nothing that comes to mind. We have been very happy working with Felipe and his wonderful team at Pi Tech. We are already in the talks of our next project together.

**What problems is Pi Tech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our marketing team required a unique mobile app for our client reporting. Pi Tech delivered a custom app that they designed and developed. They have been wonderful to work with!
