I liked their simple yet elegant look which reduces the complexity of finding multiple features on the tab. UI is very intuitive and makes me edit and ad effects very fast even on an android app. They have automated tools for image enhancement and color balancing for raw images. Also, I loved their support system with multiple options. I got issues with installation and upgrading and I reached them for help, they helped me in my entire process patiently. As I was using Photoshop, I might need some advanced features in photopad but as it's suitable for novices, only so advanced features might complicate the tool. There are more thing that needs improvisation like support for HEIC format, heavy files need to be compressed before editing like a proxy in videos.
