**What do you like best about Phone2?**

What I like about Phone 2 is how versatile it is: I can use the web app on my computer or the iOS app on my phone, and I can also have multiple phone numbers. The user interface feels modern and is easy to navigate. I appreciate that they continue to develop the product and keep adding new features and integrations. The price is much lower than what I was paying with my previous provider, and the performance and service have been excellent. Support is only available via chat and email, but they’ve been able to assist me every time I’ve reached out. Going forward, I’m looking forward to future AI features, since most applications have been moving in that direction.

**What do you dislike about Phone2?**

I wish Phone2 had a windows pc application instead of always using the web browser.  I also wish there were more integrations.

**What problems is Phone2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phone2 has saved me a tremendous amount of money compared to what I was paying with my previous provider.

**What do you like best about Phone2?**

So easy to use at a good cost and very helpful customer service

**What do you dislike about Phone2?**

Nothing in particular stands out from the services I’ve acquired. I do wish the basic option included SMS sending, not just receiving.

I’m not very familiar with the service’s AI capabilities, but it performs excellently for what I use it for. I noticed that integrations are available as well, although I’m not familiar with how those work.

I also think the desktop platform could look a bit more modern, and there could be a clearer distinction between users and members.

**What problems is Phone2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to make calls from a US number and receive text messages has made it possible for me to live abroad while still running my US-based business.

**What do you like best about Phone2?**

I like that I can get a code from bank, platform or website that requires a place to send one. It is also plenty clear audio when talking to someone on the phone. Good service. I also like that I could choose my phone number.

**What do you dislike about Phone2?**

I don't have any complaints. I'm very happy with the service!

**What problems is Phone2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making it possible for me to receive codes from the bank, google, facebook, and other platforms. When traveling overseas, this means I don't have to get an international phone to get those codes. That was my biggest problem before I got Phone2.

**What do you like best about Phone2?**

I like that Phone2 allows us to have multiple phone numbers inside the same account or workspace, which is really helpful as we're expanding our offices. We have an office in Los Angeles and we're soon opening in Las Vegas, so being able to quickly obtain a local number in just a few clicks is great for our phone-heavy operations. Also, the initial setup of Phone2 was very easy and quick, taking only about five to ten minutes, after which I was able to immediately start inviting our paralegals.

**What do you dislike about Phone2?**

Earlier, the mobile apps were not fantastic.

**What problems is Phone2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phone2 streamlines internal messaging and call management, eliminating silos and forwarding call records or recordings between team members. It efficiently handles multiple departments, aiding our legal practice by connecting paralegals and clients seamlessly.

The ease of signing up and use.  It also keeps track of my conversations.

**What do you dislike about Phone2?**

It sometimes just drops out.  Connections can be a little less than desired.  You need international calls not just US and Canada.

**What problems is Phone2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phone2 still has not addressed call to other countries like I was told when I signed up.

not totally disliked but more of hoping for improvement like having an auto dialer per se

It took me a little while to get the hang of it, but otherwise, I love it!

Price. Ease of use. Support is generally responsive..

**What do you dislike about Phone2?**

It does'nt integrate into my CRM. Sometimes a call will just drop off at random.  I miss calls because it doesnt ring most of the time despite having my speakers on.

**What problems is Phone2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a Skype phone until they shut down. I went to Phone2. It gives me a US number at a great price. I am an American living abroad,  I  have a new business whose primary client base is in the US.

**What do you like best about Phone2?**

The most basic functions work, sometimes.

**What do you dislike about Phone2?**

Phone2 has been the worst VOIP experience we’ve had: frequent call/text outages, “current” features like call forwarding, Google Contacts, auto-replies, business hours, and call recording didn’t work, and promised integrations (HubSpot/Zapier “ready in Aug 2024”) never materialized. Support was effectively absent—our emails on 2/18, 2/22, and 2/27 went unanswered—leaving critical issues unresolved for weeks. We moved lines based on their marketing and were left with broken functionality that disrupted operations. Requested a refund; still no meaningful response. I cannot recommend Phone2 for any business-critical communications.

VOIP solution allowing multiple individuals to access the same line cheaply.

Where do I start?

- Lack of ring settings for the app
- Company doesn't honor its own return policy

Phone2 is a VOIP service serving businesses.  It is an unreliable VOIP service that does not serve me.  At all.

**What do you dislike about Phone2?**

SO Fair Using Provided Number and Hasn't seen any Thing i Dislike. Although Having Range of numbers, I found some area codes missing from their database.
Most numbers Shows Not Valid USA/Canada Number trying register in WhatsApp.

**What problems is Phone2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I could answer my calls and Text without needing to purchase additional Sim and not reveling my original Number.
