What do you like best about Phone2?

What I like about Phone 2 is how versatile it is: I can use the web app on my computer or the iOS app on my phone, and I can also have multiple phone numbers. The user interface feels modern and is easy to navigate. I appreciate that they continue to develop the product and keep adding new features and integrations. The price is much lower than what I was paying with my previous provider, and the performance and service have been excellent. Support is only available via chat and email, but they’ve been able to assist me every time I’ve reached out. Going forward, I’m looking forward to future AI features, since most applications have been moving in that direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Phone2?

I wish Phone2 had a windows pc application instead of always using the web browser. I also wish there were more integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cannot get calls to connect to my car over bluetooth. might be an app issue. i get regular calls to my phone, but when its coming through the app, i can only answer through the phone and switching the output from car to phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Phone2?

Nothing in particular stands out from the services I’ve acquired. I do wish the basic option included SMS sending, not just receiving.

I’m not very familiar with the service’s AI capabilities, but it performs excellently for what I use it for. I noticed that integrations are available as well, although I’m not familiar with how those work.

I also think the desktop platform could look a bit more modern, and there could be a clearer distinction between users and members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
