Trusted by 11,000+ businesses, Phone2 brings your team's calls, texts, and contacts into one app — so you never miss a customer and always look professional. One number your whole team can share. Everyone calls and texts from the same business line. Shared inboxes, internal notes, and full conversation history give your team the context to respond fast — without asking customers to repeat themselves. Never miss another call. Phone2's AI receptionist answers 24/7, captures caller details, and routes to the right person instantly. When your team is busy, AI handles it. When they're free, calls come straight through. Set up in minutes, not days. Download the app, pick a number, invite your team — you're live. No hardware, no IT, no contracts. Works on iPhone, Android, Mac, and desktop. Grow without growing pains. From solo contractors to 50-person sales floors, Phone2 scales with you. Add team members, numbers, and call routing as you grow — without switching systems or losing a single conversation. With Phone2, it's never been easier to answer every call, close more deals, and give your customers the responsiveness they expect — starting at just $10/month.
