It's like having my own colocated hardware, but without any of the hassle. I needed low-latency access to a particular site in the Phoenix area. A staffer at PhoenixNAP helped me out with a few tests to confirm that I'd get the necessary latency. After that, I just created an account, selected the hardware I'd need, and off we went. **What do you dislike about PhoenixNAP Bare metal Cloud?** This is nothing worse than a minor gripe, but it took us a few tries to get billing set up the way we need. I've still got a few early charges that I need to file an expense report for. Not a big deal. **What problems is PhoenixNAP Bare metal Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed low-latency access to a resource in the Phoenix area, which is interconnected with PhoenixNAP.
