Phocas is a great tool for Analytics. It combines various sources of data from MRP system (direct integration) through to spreadsheets.
It is easy to navigate and also for administrators, it is easy to manage integrations and build dashboards and favourites that provide real value for our business.
The system allows users to view data across the business and home in on exception reporting to identify issues and fix them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be good to be able to e-mail mini dashboards on a regular basis. The system allows you to set up favourites and set up scheduled e-mails but this is usually just for one data set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
