It’s highly user-friendly — allowing users to drill down to transactional details and return to a high-level view in just two clicks. The ability to easily correct mistakes makes it especially valuable for less data-savvy users.

Dislike – having to edit and reload the quantity, sales price and cost price tabs after adding new products to the main tab. Would be nice if this was done automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Phocas Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making the budgeting and forecasting by customer and product line details much easier now that it is all in one place. Saves all of the standard issues that come from just using excel.

What do you like best about Phocas Software?

I am using PHOCAS for more than a year now and I think the best thing of using PHOCAS so far is the ability to export reports into excel file. Futher, you can create reports and customized it the way you want it and useful to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PHOCAS updates is being done overnight. Say for example, you made changes in your accounting books, it will change to your PHOCAS next day, except if you request the IT people to sync it immediately.
