What do you like best about Phocas Software?

Fast response and great support to queries or issues.

Videos and documentation very useful in helping to understand how to get most out of the product.

What do you dislike about Phocas Software?

Dislike – having to edit and reload the quantity, sales price and cost price tabs after adding new products to the main tab. Would be nice if this was done automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Phocas Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Making the budgeting and forecasting by customer and product line details much easier now that it is all in one place. Saves all of the standard issues that come from just using excel.

The data can now be accessed more widely without having to send a request to Finance for it. Users can no go and answer their own questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
