They take the manual labor out of delivering a successful Security Awareness Training and Phish Testing service to your customers. Fantastic team to work with, and when there has ever been the rare issue or question they were quick to respond and very helpful. They are enhancing the platform more all the time. **What do you dislike about Phin Security Awareness Training?** There is nothing I dislike about Phin. The only challenge we ran into was a customer that required a phish report button, but we worked with Phin to adapt the Microsoft Report Message button to do what we needed to do - and they are even working on developing their own now to address that. **What problems is Phin Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** It first and foremost delivers excellent training content to our customers to help keep them safe online. For an MSP this is a great thing, knowing the the system is built to manage customer accounts easily. Other security awareness products, including the most popular one are not MSP friendly. If there is a major bug that is found, Phin gets it resolved very quickly! **What do you dislike about Phin Security Awareness Training?** Can't say I dislike anything about Phin. They are new to the game and keep adding features and updating any bugs that are found. The educational content is good, but not a tremendous amount of content. I'm ok with that because they are adding new content at a good pace! **What problems is Phin Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an MSP we needed a SAT solution that is simple to setup and manage for our customers. We were using KnowBe4, but it was a bit more cumbersome to setup new clients. Updating user lists was done manually. The campaigns themselves are very flexible and can be adjusted to a client's particular needs. It can be updated and focused over time to meet a client's changing needs. The training is also user-friendly and guides the user through the training item, and if they "fail" the particular test they get help and additional training information to help them understand what their actions should have been. ### 8. Our primary need was to find something for our MSP that allows us to quickly onboard clients, provide quality training and phishing tests while not spending hours per client customizing and choosing what goes where. We are able to onboard a client very quickly, the ability to auto-add new users and the O365 functionality to insert emails into the mailbox rather than having to whitelist 50+ domains is a game-changer. If we have a client that needs customizing, they have the option of customizing both the training materials as well as the phishing tests that go out, but to be honest very few of our clients are interested in that level of effort. **What do you dislike about Phin Security Awareness Training?** Becuase it's a dev-heavy team the reporting needs a couple coats of paint. The data is available, it's just not as beautiful as it could be. **What problems is Phin Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing turnkey quality training for our many clients without having to spend our time customizing and learning a platform. User education is the best way to combat that. Unfortunately, users don't always know what to look for.
