I still do not get why sponsorship and exhibitor portals are not automatically populated, Maybe this was something I was missing. I realize every sponsor is not an exhibitor; however, if there was an enabling button to turn on if you are an exhibitor and a sponsor, portals could be shared.

Would like for the PIP function to happen automatically so that the presentation stays live while hybrid and virtual attendees can still visit the booth and networking areas.
