**What do you like best about Petro-SIM?**

Very useful for petroelum refining process

**What do you dislike about Petro-SIM?**

Everything is good.All the applications are okay

**What problems is Petro-SIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Refining process products are more efficient

**What do you like best about Petro-SIM?**

Clear cut icons, good support and a lot of technical document to refer to. Complete modeling package, calibration required, help section are very detailed. 

**What do you dislike about Petro-SIM?**

The requirement of degree of freedom is not as clear and results can defer from actual by a lot (as in illogical) so there's a lot of fine tuning and unknows that need to be known before running the simulation

**Recommendations to others considering Petro-SIM:**

Note that the versions are not compatible with each other so stick to one. 

**What problems is Petro-SIM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process unit data, mainly dehexanizer efficiency with feedstock changes. Able to estimate the top draw for different feed properties
