Practice certainly makes perfect. The fact the Customer support is always accessible and available to assist for any query an uncertainty you encounter. The Platform is continuous learning journey because of its endless abilities and the fact that it is being personalized to fit the culture of an organization. **What do you dislike about Perx Platform?** When we are faced with downtime and require the platform to work, either for data purposes or campaign launch purposes and unable to do so timeously. We have to acknowledge though that downtime is an inevitable part of maintaining and improving systems, minimizing it as much as possible is essential for ensuring a smooth user experience. The support team's support and response is fast to rectify the issue. ### 7.
