Octopass ® is a software product that helps you manage permits and passes in a simple, efficient, and transparent way, whilst working towards a zero-carbon future. It provides customers with a simple digital permit management solution that can be configured to meet the most complex workflow. It is designed to be automated, informative and fully self-service whilst giving Administrators the self-care control and information they require. Processing hundreds of thousands of permit transactions per week, the product is flexible enough to integrate with 3rd party systems, make configuration changes on the fly and handle any type of permit workflow (including Car Parking, Staff, Taxi, Blue Badge, Visitor, Residential, EV, Site Access etc.). Multiple modules exist for supporting aspects such as web payment, access control and enforcement. Branding and customisation also available. The product is developed and supported by Mobile Worker Plus, a leading software and technology company based in the UK. They provide Permit and Pass management solutions (Octopass ®), End-To-End Enforcement solutions (on and off street), Workforce Management solutions and Apps in order to improve productivity, increase profitability and optimise the customer experience. This is delivered via a suite of mobile apps and back office services supported by web administration interfaces deployed on ISO compliant cloud infrastructure.

**What do you like best about Permit Portals & Permit Administration?**

The flexible nature of the approach by the team means that systems are bespoke to your requirements. It allows for both B2B sales and B2C interactions depending upon your requirements. If Sales aren't required and it is for management of whitelisted or free parking, the system has the variations built in to cope and can be changed seamlessly for different locations or requirements.

It's a fluid system, so our requirements are key, meaning you always get what you asked for.

**What problems is Permit Portals & Permit Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently use this sytem for multiple different user types ranging from Taxi permitting, Staff, Blue Badge registration and Pre booked individual parking bays.  The ease of the system allows for data to be retained and for the effective trabsfer of data into analytics tools as well as enforcement operatiins in a live environment.
