This service is poorly executed, with limited customer support. **What do you dislike about Periscope S2G?** This service would be helpful if it performed as advertised, but unfortunately, in our experience, Periscope S2G is not capable of pulling relevant keyword RFQ's. For every topical RFQ they've sent, we've received dozens of unrelated RFQ's, which amount to nothing more than spam. **What problems is Periscope S2G solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. We wanted a company to aggregate relevant RFQ's in our specific industry, but Periscope S2G seems incapable of that. ### 2. It can be inefficient to manually find these opportunities, and also try to rank their potential value. **What do you dislike about Periscope S2G?** Not much...I could say it took me a while to get used to navigating the platform, but that may be me personally more than anyone else. I'm a fan of Periscope in general **What problems is Periscope S2G solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminating wasted time in finding government contract opportunities - being able to find them in an efficient manner in a centralized area is very valuable and saves time. ### 3. Cost friendly and very intuitive Graphics user interface. Has Full Cloud solution for us and accessible from mobile. **What do you dislike about Periscope S2G?** Cannot customize a few features. Besides that everything is is great. Nothing to really dislike. The cost for the higher features is a bit pricey for small businesses. **Recommendations to others considering Periscope S2G:** Would highly recommend this product to other people who are looking for an affordable solution to manage your IT ticketing systems and kb articles. Very easy to use **What problems is Periscope S2G solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently managing and accessing tickets for customers and resolving issues for visiblity of tickets that are not completed and required to be invoice. Also reporting perspective issues. ### 7.
