It has changed througout the years and I remember when they were rather difficult to follow and complete. I really like how easy it is to navigate through the difference sections as well as the ability go back and forth between them. I also feel that the steps that are available in each goal are very helpful (I just need to learn to use them more often). I also appreciate the reminders that are sent to my Oulook regarding upcoming goal dates. **What do you dislike about Performance Pro?** Other than having to evaluate myself, I can't think of any dislikes. This is done without compromising the look, feel or value of the tool. The ability to gauge on a scale and then provide supporting comments is of great value. **What do you dislike about Performance Pro?** Two factors: One would be the type size of the comments section should be a little larger to facilitate easy review/editing by the user. I have used Microsoft Word to compose/edit my comments then copy and pasted them into the comment box. Second would be that it seems to lack instructions for the next step at the end of the evaluation form. The use has to intuitvely decide to go to the menu on the side of the webpage and select the next step. We don't use Summary Comments, so the next step is to go to Finish Appraisal. Just feels a little weird but we can get used to anything as long as we are given heads up to the difference. Click a few tabs and write a little bit about why you chose the performance number. **What do you dislike about Performance Pro?** I don't like that at the end of each evaluation tab it does not say finish. My first year it left me thinking that something was done wrong. **What problems is Performance Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our self evaluations are done at the comfort of our desk.
