Questions are answered quickly and requests are implemented promptly. The willingness to tailor PerfectWiki to customer needs and to further develop it accordingly is clearly noticeable. But also, creating the PerfectWiki pages is quick and easy to implement. **What do you dislike about PerfectWiki?** Occasionally, there are still issues with the formatting of external content, for example, when larger tables are copied from other tools, pasted into PerfectWiki, and then the PerfectWiki page is converted into a PDF. This then takes a lot of time. But knowing Perfect Wiki, this could be added in a new update :). **Recommendations to others considering PerfectWiki:** Better than the Teams Wiki, better than SharePoint, better than OneNote. Try it! **What problems is PerfectWiki solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Layout: basic layout tools makes it easier for colleagues to create documents, without having to be concerned about getting the right font, font size, ... - Management: Perfect Wiki stores page versions and has a trash can; files are in read-mode by default, so accidental deletion / editing is prohibited - Finding documents: the search tool is very powerful, finding our way through hundreds of procedures is a breeze now - Rights: some colleagues are 'editors' and others are 'readers' Results: peace of mind, easy access, everyone on the same page. ### 5.
