Well i will say the pricing for PerfectWiki can be relatively high, especially for small businesses or individuals with limited budgets. also some level of customization is less extensive than other wiki platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I particularly like the service and friendliness. Questions are answered quickly and requests are implemented promptly. The willingness to tailor PerfectWiki to customer needs and to further develop it accordingly is clearly noticeable. But also, creating the PerfectWiki pages is quick and easy to implement. Occasionally, there are still issues with the formatting of external content, for example, when larger tables are copied from other tools, pasted into PerfectWiki, and then the PerfectWiki page is converted into a PDF. Difficult question, we like so many features about Perfect Wiki, it is hard to find something to dislike.

- The data is served on external servers, and is not a part of our Microsoft environment

- When exporting a document to PDF, it would be nice to be able to set "page breaks"; so we can control the layout better when printing/mailing a procedure. But knowing Perfect Wiki, this could be added in a new update :). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The page navigation on the left side consumes a lot of space vertically, and moving pages in the tree structure is less than exact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
