Perchwell Reviews & Product Details

What is Perchwell? Perchwell is the modern MLS technology platform used by MLS organizations, brokers, and agents across the United States. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York, Perchwell combines AI-powered search, full-parity mobile apps, client collaboration, analytics, and RESO-certified APIs on a single cloud-native codebase. One platform, not a suite. Most MLS systems were built decades ago and extended through acquisition, which means agents move between tools that do not share data and staff build workarounds for parts that were never designed to fit together. Perchwell was built as a single platform from the start. Search, listing management, reporting, client collaboration, analytics, and administration run on the same codebase and the same data. A partnership model, not a vendor relationship Perchwell co-pilots its roadmap with MLS customers, who have a direct line to leadership. Integrations are open: Perchwell connects with the vendors an MLS already uses, in most cases at no additional cost. There is no lock-in by design, because an MLS that stays by choice is a better partner than one that stays by contract. Implementation Typical implementation runs three to six months with a dedicated team, a parallel period where both the legacy system and Perchwell run at once, ongoing data sync, and on-site launch support. Members are not asked to switch cold on a single day.
