## About DataHub
DataHub by Peopletree Group centralises your workforce data in one analytics layer that connects and manages talent data across your organisation. DataHub consolidates assessment results, 360 feedback, training records, performance ratings, succession data, critical role information and engagement scores from multiple sources into one structured, secure repository. HR administrators can maintain the employee directory, organisational structure, positions, levels, tiers, segments, locations, custom tags and detailed employee records in one place. DataHub supports three integration methods. Teams can use XLSX, CSV or JSON uploads without the need for technical integration, connect a direct database view from an HRIS or other system to keep information current, or connect via API to a third-party platforms for automated, real-time data synchronisation. DataHub works alongside your existing HRIS as the structured talent-data layer, without forcing a replacement of core employee systems. The result is a consistent foundation for talent reviews, succession planning, performance calibration, workforce planning and data governance. Role-based access supports controlled administration, while common definitions and structured records reduce the time spent reconciling disconnected files. DataHub also powers the wider Peopletree platform: TalentPrint data flows in, TalentProfile draws on employee records, and DataWiz uses the consolidated information for people analytics and reporting.
