One of the main things that was cool about people one was the contact or the go to contact. The option was super easy to work with and a no brainer to navigate. So you may have heard this before but when it can down to getting people paid there was a delay and that for one was very annoying. And there were a few concerns when it kept happening. One of the best things about the PeopleONE platform is the ability it creates to ensure everyone is on the same page across teams and information/documentation is shared seamlessly. All of your teams tools are in one place and it promotes team collaboration within the platform. While I don't have many dislikes, I wish that the platform would be just a bit more user-friendly in the visual aspect. Maybe streamlining some of the pages and icons.
