The functionality to invite as many clients/invitees to the data room is an added benefit and avoids numerous emails with documents flowing back and forth. **What do you dislike about Peony?** Not really a downside, the co-founders and team at Peony are very helpful and responsive and if you have an issue or require a feature to be added to your package the co-founders and team are very accomodating, **What problems is Peony solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client due diligence and onboarding of clients. Previously we would receive various DD documents via email and or wetransfer, now the process is simplified by creating an easy to use dataroom, and inviting clients to add their documents to the dataroom which can be accessed by all invitees to the dataroom. the different levels which can be given to each invitee is an added benefit and restricts certain access to invitees that isnt required. ### 2. Their AI feature is also great, helping my investors with complex business plans by facilitating document searches, finding factual answers, and pointing to the right documents. I appreciate how Peony plans to support HTML artifacts, which is just great because it opens up a world of possibilities for showcasing information. The initial setup was extremely easy and very intuitive, plus they have an onboarding process where you can talk to the founders to get the most out of the applications. **What do you dislike about Peony?** The only thing that they didn't have out of the box was the ability to host HTML artifacts. However, I was able to talk to one of the owners as part of my onboarding, and they are actually working on releasing it in the upcoming week. **What problems is Peony solving and how is that benefiting you?** Peony is the only data room addressing the issue of displaying AI-created artifacts, which no other service out of 15 I reviewed offered. Its AI feature helps my investors by finding factual answers quickly, and its customization options allow guiding them in an organized way. ### 4. I appreciate that Peony offers all the same features as DocSend but at a fraction of the price. The Ask AI feature is a nice touch for materials that can't be downloaded due to regulatory requirements. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, requiring only a few clicks. **What do you dislike about Peony?** There are a few small things like having our fund favicon appear when the link is unfurled in iMessage/WhatsApp, but nothing substantive that makes us want to switch. It would be nice if there was an open API we could use to programmatically upload/change assets whenever we finish a new marketing material version. **What problems is Peony solving and how is that benefiting you?** Peony lets us share materials with prospective investors via a single link, while adhering to SEC marketing regulations with features like NDA gating and user tracking. ### 5.
