What do you like best about Peony?

There is a lot to like about Peony! The team is focused on the product and listens to clients - excellent support.

It was easy to migrate from DocSend, and they iterate quickly, releasing new functionality.

What do you dislike about Peony?

We were an early user and had to work through a few of the initial bugs. However, they have worked out the kinks, and we use their service constantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Peony solving and how is that benefiting you?

Peony allows us to communicate key information about our service to our clients.

It serves as a knowledge base (or data room) that contains all of our marketing materials, organized nicely.

Clients can browse the information to learn more and gain the required trust before signing with us.

What do you like best about Peony?

I really like Peony's modern UI design and how it contributes to the ease of use. It's important to me that someone can easily figure out what the software does and how it works without much prior knowledge. The ease of getting in touch with customer support, like Deqian or Sean, to sort out issues is reassuring. The initial setup of Peony is also easy, which is fantastic.
