Very intuitive to use as a data-room, I could get started right away. Easy import and integrate files. No lag in uploading files. I also tried out the AI tools for supporting deal-room users and they are beneficial for someone navigating a trove of information.

I like Peony because I'm able to upload HTML docs and my investors can render those HTML docs right inside the browser, which works seamlessly and renders beautifully without any lags. I also have full access to analytics and telemetry, like who accessed which page and how much time they spent on each page. Additionally, I can put simple NDAs on top of the data room and monitor guest screenshots and downloads. The HTML document feature is the best feature for me.

I like Peony's simple, clean user interface because it's no-fuss and makes it easy to upload materials to a data room, set visibility, and send custom links that are gated to specific email addresses. I appreciate that Peony offers all the same features as DocSend but at a fraction of the price. The Ask AI feature is a nice touch for materials that can't be downloaded due to regulatory requirements. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, requiring only a few clicks.
