We start use Peony for one of our project. When we need to send technical drawing to several supplier for quotation and trial. This is a problem for us before: the drawing is highly confidential, but we need many supplier to see it and give price, so how to control who see what become very difficult if just send by email or WeChat. If one supplier forward to wrong person, we cannot get back, and this is trading business, this kind of leak can cost us a lot. With Peony we can put all drawing in one data room, and give each supplier access only to the part relevant to them, not the whole set. So supplier A cannot see what supplier B receive. This solve our main concern completely, we do not need worry about drawing spread to competitor or wrong hand. Also good thing is when I have question, I can talk to founder team direct, not go through many level of customer support. For traditional trading company like us, this personal service matter a lot, make me trust the platform more. **What do you dislike about Peony?** Some settings are not straightforward enough to first-time users, need help on how they worked. Can be better tutorial sessions there. **What problems is Peony solving and how is that benefiting you?** We work with product drawings and technical documents that need to go to different suppliers for quotation and trial. Before Peony, these files were spread across emails and different links, and it was hard to control who can see what, especially since some drawings are confidential and we cannot let every supplier see everything.
