I find the unlimited request model genuinely valuable for our small nonprofit newsroom. Revisions don't always hit the mark on the first round. If you have strong creative direction or a specific visual identity, expect to go back and forth a bit. It would be much better if Penji had designers that stayed with you and went through more rigorous quality control. Sometimes, they're great. Other times, they miss the mark completely. Nothing is more exhausting than spending three or four days back and forth trying to communicate what we do, how they should be working within our brand, and the creativity of a designer shouldn't have to be pulled out by the client. I love Penji's capability to produce high-end, high-quality graphic design at high volumes, hitting the mark on our briefs at Ascendant Arrow. I really enjoy having a creative director assigned to us who helps move things forward and improve relationships. The fast 24-hour turnaround times are incredibly valuable as I can rely on them to deliver fast and on time, meeting our deadlines.
