Each person there really tried to do their best and help those around them if they had knowledge or a skillset to contribute. The management staff was also very warm and help. Things have probably settled down since then but there was many changes as to who manages whom and who to report to that created some confusion. You get into a certain cadence and then you begin working with someone new and need to settle into a new rhythm.
