Pelion IoT Connectivity Pricing Overview

I find the ease of SIM activation and management through Pelion IoT Connectivity to be really beneficial. The management of the SIMs via the Pelion portal is very good. I also appreciate the good support because they listen to what the problem is and very often get the issues resolved. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and smooth. I use Pelion IoT Connectivity to track APN traffic and monitor data usage on our SIMs, which is really helpful. I am particularly pleased with the diagnostics and APN tracking features. They allow us to demonstrate to customers that our device is attempting to connect, pinpointing issues with the charger or signal rather than the SIM itself. This gives us clarity on operational challenges. Plus, the initial setup of Pelion IoT Connectivity was very easy for us, which made the implementation process smooth. They give huge termination fees when we swap over SIM contracts. They also have misbilled us before, admitted it was their mistake, and taken weeks to send us back the funds. If something asks for a terminated SIM to be reconnected, allow the user a grace period to stop this before setting the payment term in stone. Also, make contract swapping easier.
