What I really like is the reliable prompt tracking, which lets me measure my company's AI visibility over time and understand competitors in different LLMs, which are different from our SEO competitors. What stood out to me is the breadth of data they glean from the prompts, forming them into useful comparisons, rankings, and insights. The initial setup was super simple, with the AI-generated prompts being useful with little tweaking. I am cautious about the Earned and Owned Actions section because, while it's a good step into making the 'so what' from the data clear, I don't trust it yet on the recommendations will truly move the needle and they understand my business enough to recommend what content to write. Perhaps if Peec AI could ingest a company branding document so they can understand our company intimately, then the recommendations would be better. I don't adopt tools without an MCP anymore, and Peec's is super useful: all the visibility and competitor data is right there where my other tools can reach it, instead of locked in a dashboard. The product itself is one of the cleanest I've used. As a founder building a product myself, I know how hard it is to ship something this frictionless. Data started flowing at signup with zero setup. The data is extremely helpful for making important marketing decisions. The UI is great. I think there's a lot of players in the space where it's hard to actually understand the data they're collecting based on how they are visualizing it, but Peec AI makes it really easy to understand performance in LLMs. The team is fantastic to work with, and their API is solid, as is their Looker connection. I like the UI and the UX of Peec AI. It's super easy to navigate and find the information I need, and to filter relevant information out of it. It helps us find content gaps and relevant listicles and blog posts to get featured in, which guides us on the content we should create for better appearance on AEO search engines. So the obvious thing here is that we signed up, the onboarding guided us to create kind of, like, search categories, and then it suggested 50 prompts. And 40% of the prompts were overlapping with each other. And that created friction because with the default prompts we were tracking items multiple times.
