The billing plans are inexpensive and great for any startup or projects yuo may have going on for month to month use. The editing features are straightforward and easy to use, the begining tutorial will help anyone use it quickly. **What do you dislike about PDFSimpli?** So far, I I have not expereinced a downside to PDFSimpli. I think the only other think I might suggest it a pay per document feature. **What problems is PDFSimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?** I receive many PDF files and do not wat to pay the Adobe pricing as a small buisness owner (it's just me!). This allows me to quickly convert in minutes and edit what I need to. ### 2. I use it quite often. Implemtnating ti in my workflow is great and it is easy to use in most situations. **What do you dislike about PDFSimpli?** Customer support is ok through the chatbot, but not always helpful. Integrating it with other platforms is a no go and is not workable. **What problems is PDFSimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to change pdfs into other file types and change the size of them as well. ### 3. The support team was excellent. It was a short term use but I still loved it. **What do you dislike about PDFSimpli?** I wish I didn't have to pay. I wanted a free converter service on Google, and I was led to this site. I used it even though it cost $1.95. **What problems is PDFSimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was easy to drop and drag my document to convert it. For some reason when i try to email documents, it always wants me to convert it to something else and PDFSimpli helped with that. ### 4. Please check the screenshot attached. **What problems is PDFSimpli solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned, using the tool to split and join PDFs is its biggest use case for me. (however, I am scared rely on the tool from security perspective because it's a free, web-based tool. I wouldn't use it for confidential files for this reason.
