Foxit PDF Viewer goes beyond a simple viewer. This application is beneficial to me due to its functionalities offered. Functionalities like highlighting, underlining, crossing out, and adding (text), to name some of them, permit me to review certificates of delivery of fiber optic works and another document of closure of work.
