What do you like best about PDF Reader Pro?

The business model was appealing, one time cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PDF Reader Pro?

We tested PDF Reader Pro in an enterprise environment, and it did not work reliably. Several users reported that the PDFs generated by the software could not be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is a major issue for compatibility.

I reached out to customer support for a refund, but I never received it. Instead, they asked me to troubleshoot the issue. I simply don’t have time for that when the product itself is fundamentally not working as expected.

If you need a reliable PDF solution for professional use, I recommend looking elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
