It adequately met my requirements. Next the options are listed: edit, annotate, split, merge, rotate, crop, unlock, convert and compress a pdf file. The edit, annotate and rotate functions have been very useful to me in my daily work. In fact, the edit and annotate options allow you to share their tools with which you can achieve a resulting file that includes content modifications, underlined and/or marked text corrections, observations, delete pages and also add or create additional content to the original file. I can also mention that PDF Bob offers the offline application for Windows, which is not heavy (21.7MB). **What do you dislike about PDF Bob?** It should be considered that if you need to use the crop tool on a PDF file with several pages, you must first extract (split) the page where the image or text to be processed is located. Otherwise, you will get a resulting file that includes the clippings in the same location but on all pages of the original file. On the other hand, although the PDF Bob menu includes tools for compressing and converting PDF files to other formats, these options are not activated or rather, they do not allow you to select the file to process. **What problems is PDF Bob solving and how is that benefiting you?** We receive acceptance certificates for fiber optic interconnections daily and they come in pdf formats. In some cases we must make corrections that are made easier with annotate and edit options and their tools. The purpose is to send the corrected pdf file to the person who sent the report with the pertinent observations so that they can make the corrections and issue a new report without errors. ### 7. But the key feature is it's pdf editing. You can edit every text as your desire. Which I used more often. No problem with font color, size during edit (these are key points for me). I recommanded you guys to use this tool for pdf editing. **What do you dislike about PDF Bob?** Main downside of this tools is, if you are tring to edit some text which have backgroud color other than white in that case background become white during edit. Its features include text tools, shapes tools and highlighting tools and inclusion of sticky notes or comments. It is an application that is used online. Additionally, the application allows you to convert to .docx and .doc, but first you must register on its website. **What do you dislike about PDF Bob?** I could see that there is no substantial difference between the editing and annotation functions. A confusion is created because the editing function does not allow you to change or modify what is written in a PDF document. Instead, in practice only annotation tools are executed such as including new text, images, etc. **Recommendations to others considering PDF Bob:** Interesting application to consider to be evaluated and applied on PDF documents and if the user prefers to work online. **What problems is PDF Bob solving and how is that benefiting you?** PDF Bob is useful for converting PDF documents into Word format.
