I also like that the app gives the drives the ability to upload their paperwork directly to the load as well as other crucial info. ### 2. It is very efficient and generates any report quickly to get real-time analysis. Offline training videos are easy to learn for newcomers. **What do you dislike about PCS TMS?** There are also a few downsides, such as limited API integrations for some major brokers. Works only if the internet connection is good and can not be used offline. **What problems is PCS TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves a lot of time, and we can get past data in just a few minutes. It is very efficient in generating reports and future trends to plan dispatch accordingly. ### 5. TMS Express lets me know when they are, it's excellent! I haven't tried any other competitors, but I don't think I would like to either. **What do you dislike about PCS TMS?** So about tracking the driver's CDL and Med card expiration dates. I want to be able to put in my column to track something they don't already follow. You can set your code and the violation description like in logging violations. They have preset ones but also allow you to put in your own. **What problems is PCS TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am unaware of any issues that TMS Express is currently trying to solve for us. I am more productive using TMS Express. I do not handle the finances, so I couldn't tell you if our performance has increased due to TMS Express, but I feel like it has. ### 6.
