Overall this is a great app that I will highly recommend all my friends and family. **What do you dislike about Paysend?** Support chat is not as user friendly as it should be. It's somehow confusing to the new users. **What problems is Paysend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paysend is good app that has enabled me to send money from one place to another effectively and more secure. Another thing I am happy about is the customer support team which is very user-friendly, and responsive 24/7. **What do you dislike about Paysend?** I am happy and I still think there is a lot to be improved, like Paysend is not fully yet in all the countries.
