I love how versatile their system is to use. The coordination of invoicing, paypal credit and other ways to finance are easy for my customers to use. There are soo many things, i am sorry to say this 1. The customer support is very bad and exhausting. The chats are not being replied to. mails takes weeks to get answered. It completely messes up with peoples schedule 2. Comparing to other payment gateways, the fee they get from us is a bit high 3. There is no way to track what transactions were included in a particular payouts. no ids help us with it 4. the currency conversion happens after a transaction is made, and again no way to know which transaction's conversion happened as again no ids or anything can be used as reference 5.
