If account verification doesn't work, the system doesn't tell you why. It seems like a convoluted system and makes me trust my institution even less. As the person that used to have to manually take paper forms and manually input them into our ERP, PaymentWorks is a game changer. Vendors would not complete the form correctly or the information was not even legible, PW takes care of that. Vendors cannot submit for approval until everything is completed. I also like that they verify EINs for us, so no more EIN mismatches with the IRS. Vendors now enter their own address changes and bank account changes, and PaymentWorks verifies them for us.
