PayStandards is an AI-native compensation management and decisioning platform that helps enterprise HR and Total Rewards teams, as well as people managers, make faster, more consistent, explainable, and auditable pay decisions throughout the employee lifecycle. Powered by governed AI agents, PayStandards supports new-hire salary offers, promotions, off-cycle compensation adjustments, retention-related pay decisions, and year-end compensation planning. The platform brings together employee data, market compensation benchmarks, pay philosophy, internal equity, performance, budgets, and regulatory requirements to deliver consistent, data-driven compensation recommendations. PayStandards replaces fragmented spreadsheets and manual analysis with intelligent compensation workflows, helping organizations improve pay governance, reduce compliance risk, and make more transparent and defensible compensation decisions. It integrates with existing HCM and HRIS platforms, which remain the systems of record.
