**What do you dislike about Pawtracker?**

I returned the unit, they kept charging me monthly for service, and refuse to refund me for the unit despite the fact website states within 30 days, unworn, and original packaging. They basically just kept the unit.  Check Amazon review, check their facebook page , check Better Business Bureau.  This company is horrible.

**Recommendations to others considering Pawtracker:**

Run away

**What do you like best about Pawtracker?**

With so many devices now that can track your pet this is another item that came out prematurely. The app is very bad and I still can't log in so im stuck at the main page. Not a good look.

**What do you dislike about Pawtracker?**

Very shotty app experience doesnt leave much in trusting your pets safety with this product.

**Recommendations to others considering Pawtracker:**

Was hoping it would help with keeping track of clientele but it really has not. May have to switch to a different product.
