What do you dislike about Pawtracker?

I returned the unit, they kept charging me monthly for service, and refuse to refund me for the unit despite the fact website states within 30 days, unworn, and original packaging. They basically just kept the unit. Check Amazon review, check their facebook page , check Better Business Bureau. This company is horrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pawtracker?

With so many devices now that can track your pet this is another item that came out prematurely. The app is very bad and I still can't log in so im stuck at the main page. Not a good look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
