PawsRx Reviews & Product Details

PawsRx is booking software for dog and cat grooming salons. We build each salon's booking page from what it already publishes, its menu, prices and hours. The salon finds its page, checks it and starts taking bookings. Clients see only the times that are really open, for the groomer who does that service, with the price before they book. The salon gets one book for the whole day. It shows what is waiting for a yes, what is on today and what is coming up. Phone bookings can be added in a few taps. Payments are optional and run through the salon's own Stripe account. A card is held when a client books a priced service, so a no-show can be charged the fee the salon sets. Clients get a note after each groom to tip by card, and the tip goes to the groomer. A waitlist offers freed-up times to the first person waiting. A private calendar feed puts the book into Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar. It runs in a browser on a phone or the computer at the counter. Nothing to install. Nothing goes public until the salon presses Go live. Pet owners find salons on PawsRx by searching their town, so a salon's page is also a way for new clients to find it.
