- Updating the database, updating new publications very quickly,
- High speed of site work, fast search,
- Possibility to write multiple parameters as a search command. It gives the opportunity to create a research algorithm according to a kind of subject,
- Ability to save studies (by search, results or history),
- Citation search feature is very good and very powerful,
- Useful patent class detection wizard,
- Availability of analysis tool,
- Company tree service is useful,
- Counting the results as an invention (family), counting the applications made in countries for an invention as one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- There are a lot of features but they are scattered in the menus, it would be better if they had a simpler interface, it takes weeks to learn, so the staff cannot start using it right away,
- Analysis service gives very superficial information. Just doing an analysis over classes
- Insufficient keyword analysis, not useful in landscape analysis
- Insufficient analysis tools to detect empty technical areas
- It would be nice to have an analysis tool for FTO Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
