This provides an excellent time savings. It is a great convenience for both the help desk and the system team. **What do you dislike about PassGate?** I currently have no negative comments. We are highly satisfied with the product and it continues to meet our needs successfully. **What problems is PassGate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it for self-service password reset for both Microsoft Active Directory and Openldap - Sambabox users for 12,000 users. ### 2.
