I'm really impressed with the depth of content covered across the course. From Industry basics, to advanced partner program management and from basic UI orientation to advanced training on complex Impact tools, the PXA team has done a great job of building out a really comprehensive, but approachable training suite and Certification process. I am fond of the videos. I'm a visual learner so being able to see what the speaker is referring to when exploring the Impact dashboard is so helpful. I also usually discover new ways to do something or grow a program further. I'm able to take what I learn in the PXA trainings and apply them to the programs I manage! My only dislike is when a course is very word heavy. Although everyone learns differently, so that might be a positive for some! I also would like to see a course that goes more in-depth on growing existing partnerships - what else can we do as an advertiser besides commission increases and bonuses? Within minimum possible time, PXA covered just about everything I needed to know about partnership and affiliate marketing. I covered all important information I should have known but didn't. The certifications vary between beginner and expert levels, which gives those who are interested in learning a very broad range of experience to choose from. Partnerships Experience Academy has so many courses and each are organized very well. I'm on the agency roadmap, starting as "I'm new to the industry" Agency Employee and the description is You're an agency employee and you're unfamiliar with the affiliate and partnerships industry which is exactly me. The courses cover everything in depth and answered so many questions for me (as a newbie). I would definitely recommend to anyone starting out on Impact or knowledgeable but need to re-up their skills or learn something new. While I do like the pop quizzes and matching exercises to break up the lessons, I just wish there were more of them (optional of course), they helped me digest what the videos or content had just gone over. It also would be neat if there was a lesson summary or quick description that I could review when I receive my incorrect test answers so I can know why I was wrong and understand the correct response a little clearer. Lastly, but this is picky, if the course "badges" were each a little more different because it can sometimes be confusing which ones I've taken and which ones I've yet to take as they each are similar colors.
