I'm a visual learner so being able to see what the speaker is referring to when exploring the Impact dashboard is so helpful. I covered all important information I should have known but didn't. The courses on PXA decluttered and defogged my entire perception of afiliate marketing. The leaderboard feature was also helpful in keeping me motivated. **What do you dislike about Partnerships Experience Academy?** The courses were concise but sometimes way too short. Some modules included a short quiz to test the knowledge but this was not the case with all modules. I'm on the agency roadmap, starting as "I'm new to the industry" Agency Employee and the description is You're an agency employee and you're unfamiliar with the affiliate and partnerships industry which is exactly me. The courses cover everything in depth and answered so many questions for me (as a newbie) . I would definitely recommend to anyone starting out on Impact or knowledgeable but need to re-up their skills or learn something new. I also like that you can 'test out' of certain subject matter to save time and earn your certificate rigth away. **What do you dislike about Partnerships Experience Academy?** While I do like the pop quizzies and matching excercises to break up the lessons, I just wish there were more of them (optional of course), they helped me digest what the videos or content had just gone over. It also would be neat if there was a lesson summary or quick description that I could review when I recieve my incorrect test answers so I can know why I was wrong and understand the correct reposnse a little clearer. I have also yet to complete the "further your education" section but I like that there's an option for that so my team can master the basics and put the to use befopre coming back to advance their skill set.
