**What do you like best about Particle Illusion?**

- There is a massive amount of pre-made particle templates which can be adjusted very quickly, even by those such as myself who have had only limited exposure to particle generators in the past.
- The properties of these pre-made particle templates are named to align with the particle physic's to which they relate significantly reducing the learning curve.
- The program is exceptionally well optimized compared to other video effect editors (everything runs so much smoother in comparison)
- It uses a simple node-based particle system like Davinci Resolve.
- I like the grid/overlay system, which allows you to make a large number of changes even without keyframing
- You can use the standalone version completely free

**What do you dislike about Particle Illusion?**

No dislikes. Just an improvement suggestion as when I started using the software for the first time, I didn't know what the H.U.D button did, and once I did eventually work it out (online tutorials were excellent). The addition of a setting which adds labels to the H.U.D boxes (names matched to the nodes to which each HUD relates) would be speed up the workflow process.

**What problems is Particle Illusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed me to create engaging video intro's that grab persons attention.
