We like that it is a website app so employees don't have to put "another" app on their phone. I know there is also now a cell phone app. You can put lots of details on each space to identify compact, low pipes, space numbers, garage codes, etc. Maximizes parking use without manual intervention. Empowers employees to reserve and release their own parking. You can assign people entire spaces or just have spaces that are reserved for each day. It has tons of flexibility, and it is also affordable. They are responsive with assistance, although we do have to consider the time zone change. **What do you dislike about Parkalot?** There aren't any issues for us. Parkalot was the right fit after looking at other options, and we have been using it for 4 years now. If you are looking for a way to charge people for parking, this might not be for you. We specifically needed an app to manage and offer free parking to employees that allowed them to reserve spaces and release them on their own instead of manually assigning them. **What problems is Parkalot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Parkalot solved the problem of having to manually assign our parking spaces to employees on a weekly/daily basis. It allows us to maximize parking use so spaces don't go unused because employees can easily be release the space if they are out sick, WFH, etc. It gave employees the freedom to reserve open spaces on their own, and the ease of pushing a button to release them without involving facilities, which saved us time also. The map function lets them visually see where they will be parking when they reserve the space. ### 2. The help I get when I have questions is answered quickly. **What do you dislike about Parkalot?** I'm happy with everything, I don't have anything in mind that I disliked. **What problems is Parkalot solving and how is that benefiting you?** it has solved the chaos we had when booking parking spaces and now it is more orderly and fair. ### 3. The allocation of parking spaces is very simple and there are very few questions from the users, which is a good sign for a self-explanatory app. **What do you dislike about Parkalot?** The design and layout could be a bit fresher and more appealing. **What problems is Parkalot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company parking spaces were not efficiently used due to a change in office presence behavior (home office, etc.). With Parkalot, we have introduced an app that allows parking spaces to be shared, thus reducing wasted parking space. ### 4. We are the team, who manage the parking spaces, and we love it **What do you dislike about Parkalot?** I think we do not have any problems with it. **What problems is Parkalot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Parkalot, the people are sent a message to us when they want to use the garage. It was difficult , because we had to manage the requests , where they can parking.. and anything else. But now, the users can book for him/herself, choose place .. etc. It became super visible. ### 5.
